Why do I said so??! Hell yeah, its because...we can't do anything or in other words prepared nothing as we dunno the topic. Unlike the presentation, at 1st we will get our own topic and few couple weeks given to prepare it!! For mock meeting, we will only get the topic 10mins before and at the period of time we need to come out all the points or solutions. It's kinda like MUET Speaking Test, I took twice before==' in Diploma course and I done Mock Meeting too in 2years ago! WTH I'm still get Ganjiong?!! Can't forgive myselft in this...
What our team got was, sexual harrasment issues in the company...Discuss and find the solution to solve that. It sounds easy right??! But~yeah...every single one of us was nervous like hell!! We got the points and solutions, but when putting all input together it become too much..or I would like to say it's a bit messy, we can't manage to arrange all the point accordingly and pick the best solution.
I might write down some solution, that is:
i) Form a company database observation to prevent employees sending/downloading unrelated materials from work
ii) Using glass wall in the office as for transparency of the environment
iii) Giving counseling advise to the employees affected
iv) Set a Do's and Don't for all the employees including senior
So, that it is...useful point agreed by our Lecturer. Hopes it help You somewhere out there^^
Anyhow, we have done it!! With no regrets, no bad comment from the lecturer too. Hopes the result come out with nice marks! =) Be Positive!❤
